Use the email tied to your WordBowl account so we can match the request to your data. We will email that address to confirm before anything is deleted.

From submit to confirmed gone.
Within a few business days we will reply to the email you submitted to verify the request really came from you.
Once confirmed, we delete the categories you picked across our live database, then the same data clears from backups within 30 days of the request.
You get one final email confirming exactly what was removed and when. Your account stays active the whole time.
