Delete your
account.
You can permanently delete your WordBowl account and the data tied to it at any time. The fastest path is in the app under Profile, Delete account. If you cannot get into the app, use the form below and we will handle it within 30 days.
Just want to wipe specific data (game history, decks, push tokens) and keep your account? Use the data deletion form instead.
What happens
What gets deleted, what does not.
Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile (display name, avatar, settings)
- Decks and bowls you created
- Game history and your scores
- Push notification tokens for your devices
Anonymized
- Games you played in but did not host (your spot becomes "Removed player" so other players' history stays intact)
- Aggregate, non-identifying gameplay analytics
Retained briefly
- Up to 30 days for backup rotation, then purged
- Limited records required by law (payment receipts, abuse reports)

Use this form if you no longer have access to the app. We will email the address you submit to confirm before deleting anything. Make sure it matches the email on your WordBowl account.
